I started buying properties to secure my future. Most careers in the music industry don't come with retirement accounts and they certainly don't have any job security so I had to look elsewhere. I became passionate about providing safe, well taken care of homes for my long term tenants. I like buying properties that have been neglected by slum lords and turning them into homes that people are proud to live in and also providing them with financial resources to improve their own lives.

 Lost Horse Hideaways is my short term rental business and we pride ourselves on providing 5 Star service at all of our homes in the desert.

I also teach people how to analyze and buy their own rental properties through our Better Board Meeting workshops.
